My partner and I had a great experience living here. We lived in the 275 coram ave and 320 Howe Ave apartments and had a great experience in both. The management and maintenance team is second to none and always treated us with respect and solved any problems if asked. The apartments are great and the location is very convenient. I rented the one bedroom apartment. It was very nice and modern. The local area is great I felt really safe, the parking is always well lit up at night which was nice. The only thing I feel could improve is the noise insulation. When it was later in the night any noise made from my surrounding neighbors was easily heard. I couldn’t have had a better experiencing renting for the first time. The apartments/studios are all beautifully finished to be modern and everything is new construction and well maintained. The key entry system and cameras always made me feel safe in the area and parking lot. The free gym was a nice bonus too. The apartments are also in a perfect location for coffee, easy highway access, and plenty of bars and restaurants all within a walking distance. Great area for a younger crowd and lots of friends can be made in the apartment building too. In the winter time, you never have to worry about the parking lot or side walks being covered with snow either which was a relief. "Having leased many apartments, I must say that Cedar Village's management is by far the best I have experienced to date. The owners and maintenance team are all very quick to respond and take action to either acts of god (clearing snow etc.) or an occupant's needs. Very friendly, professional and welcoming people. As for the apartment, living in a new building, with the modern luxurious finishes to wow your guests or make family and friends jealous is really as good as it sounds. For one bedroom and studio units, the intelligent design allows for a surprising amount of storage space. My wife and I enjoyed having access to our own in unit washer and dryer, as well as incredibly efficient insulation of the building, of which required very little need to reach for the thermostat. If you are looking for a safe and well located apartment, you cannot go wrong with Cedar Village. To wrap things up, it must be said that the other tenants here too are just dang nice folk. Great living experience - recommended!"
